  • Is there a way to get the articlenumber for bike parts or accessories?
    We advise you to contact your local Cortina store or the webshop where you've bought your Cortina bike. They can check via the number on the bikeframe if a part (of your bike) is available. 
  • I have a problem with my Cortina bike, should I contact Cortina support for this?

    We advise you to contact your local Cortina store or webshop where you've bought your bike. They are responsible for this and can help you with further questions about service or warranty. 

    You cannot declare this online through us. We will also forward you request to the store you've bought your bike. 

    The reason for this is that the bicycle dealer can investigate the issue and determine what needs to be done to fix the issue.

  • I've ordered a new Cortina bike, but the delivery date keeps changing. Why is this happening?

    This is happening because there are a lot of uncertainties around the production of our bikes because of a worldwide shortage of bike parts and supplies.    

    We try our best to carefully plan the production of our Cortina bikes. They consist of many different parts which can change very fast in demand and supply.  

  • I'm interested in buying a bike on your website, is it possible to check if the bike is available at a local store?
    Unfortunately you can't check what the stock is at your local store. We advise to check the store locator and contact your nearest Cortina bike store for availability.
